Hello !
My name is Isabelle. I am French, I am 45 years old and I have been an adult education professional for more than 15 years. More specifically, I have been teaching French as a foreign language (FLE) since 2019, the year my family and I began a period of expatriation in Japan. This was an opportunity for me to try something new professionally. I studied at the French Institute of Japan and obtained a university degree in French as a foreign language (DUFLE). I gave my first French courses in Tokyo, face to face but also at a distance.
Now back in France, I continue my activity in La Rochelle and online with some of my faithful Japanese students but also with new students based all over the world. I enjoy meeting them every week whether it is to help them prepare a trip to a French-speaking country, a certification, a diploma, a professional promotion or because they want to learn my language and discover the French culture for their own pleasure. I learn a lot from them and I structure each session as an exchange with the idea that learning must above all be a pleasure because it is pleasure that gives the courage to persevere in order to obtain long-term results.

After a few weeks of lessons with her, I find it much easier to express myself. I have been taking French classes for almost two years now. I love the convenience of taking classes online via Zoom.
